HELLO

Hello, I’m Cherelle.

I’m a mum of two from Wales in the UK, and I once struggled with debilitating health anxiety myself. It was the biggest and most complex challenge of my life—but after I recovered, my path became clear: I wanted to use my experience to guide and support others.

 

If you’ve found your way to this website, chances are you’re living with health anxiety right now, or you care about someone who is. I know how overwhelming and isolating it can feel, but please know—you’re not alone, and you are absolutely in the right place.

 

As a health anxiety mentor, I share both the tools and the lived experience that helped me move forward, so that you too can find hope, clarity, and lasting change.

MY APPROACH

My work combines two things: my own lived experience of recovering from health anxiety, and the knowledge and tools I’ve gained along the way. At the heart of this is a whole lot of empathy, understanding, and a behavioural framework called ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)—an evidence-based approach I’m qualified in and weave into my coaching.

 

My aim is to help you become more comfortable with life’s uncertainties, loosen the grip of constant “what if” thinking, and gradually step away from unhelpful safety behaviours such as Googling symptoms or body-checking. Together, we’ll work on calming the nervous system and creating a personalised plan for recovery—one that feels practical, supportive, and sustainable.

 

I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of people across the world through Zoom, and it’s an honour to be part of their recovery stories.

 

I currently offer 1:1 coaching, group programmes, my 6-week Health Anxiety Mastermind, and occasional workshops.
